These curry chickpea fritters are a delicious and easy snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they are full of flavor. 1. Finely dice one red onion and one scotch bonnet pepper. 2. Mince 3 cloves of garlic. 3. Roughly chop 1 can of hearts of palm. 4. Roughly chop 1 sheet of dried seaweed. 5. Saute the onion, pepper and garlic with 1 tablespoon of curry powder in some olive oil. Then add in the hearts of palm and seaweed, briefly sauteing again. 6. In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of chickpea flour with sauteed ingredients. 7. Slowly add in 1 cup of water until combined and smooth. 8. Preheat oil for frying. Spoon the mixture into the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 9. Remove from oil and allow to cool slightly before serving.
